Lead Referral Program 

What is the Lead Referral Program?

The Lead Referral Program is available to Associate Partners. The program provides for up to an 8% referral fee paid on successful customer wins – to a maximum of $25,000 US. Percentage amount is determined in agreement with the Quest Account Manager. 

How does it work?

Register your engagement. Read through and agree to the click-thru Agreement. If you are not already engaged with a Quest sales representative, you will be contacted within a few days. They will support you throughout the sales cycle. Once the order is received and processed by Quest, the Sales Rep will submit a “Request for Lead Referral Form” to our Accounting Department to initiate payment.

Are there any restrictions?

Referral fees are paid on license revenue only. Professional Service fees are not included.

When can you expect to be paid?

You will be paid within 30 days of Quest receiving full payment from the customer.
