Quest SharePlex Support StatusQuest SharePlex is currently shipping the latest "General Available" (GA) release. Standard Support is provided to "General Available” releases. If a defect is encountered in a release prior to the current GA release, the only option to receive a patch/fix to a problem is to upgrade to the latest GA version of Quest SharePlex and then apply a patch/fix to that release. Some patches/fixes or upgrades may require simultaneous upgrades to other system software. Supported Operating SystemsQuest Software's policy and intent are to provide support for the current and one back version of each supported operating system (OS) at the time of release of the Generally Available product. From time to time, this may not be the case, as a product release may not coincide with one of an OS manufacturer. Also, Quest Software will not be able to guarantee support for an OS for which a manufacturer has discontinued support. In such cases, Technical Support will do everything they can to assist you in resolving the problems, however the fix may require you to upgrade to a supported version of the operating system or a newer version of SharePlex. For information on Quest SharePlex Operating Systems Supported as of September 2005, please see the Release Information page.
